Episode 8: In Conversation With Cage Fighter Jeremy Lang

Play

For this week’s episode, we engage in a conversation about mixed-martial arts fighting!  For most people this sport is simply called cage-fighting.

Our guest, Jeremy “The Landlord” Lang, has been involved in the sport since 2006.  As you’ll hear in during our conversation, his debut as a cage-fighter came after he was urged by a few friends to get in the ring after several fighters scheduled for a show they were attending did not show.

Building on his love of wrestling – a sport he’s been involved in since he was 5 years old – Jeremy has now traveled the world to participate in sanctioned fights.

Personal note: The sport of wrestling is completely foreign to me and this conversation was very educational on a personal basis.  I hope you enjoy it!
