Episode 33: In Conversation with Extreme Leader Steve Farber

Play

I first heard Steve Farber speak at an event in Minneapolis in August of 2004. My good friend Steve Gasser and I were deeply move by Steve’s message and quickly became fans of his work.

I am especially fond of his first book, The Radical Leap and his most recent, Greater Than Yourself. I was delighted when he agreed to join me for a conversation.

Enjoy!

I am a huge fan too. I actually read “Radical Edge” first, as my first introduction to Steve Farber’s work. I absolutely loved it, bought copies for our staff to read, and loaned it to friends. I then read “Radical Leap” and enjoyed that too. I’ve made life changes, as have some of my friends who’ve read this specifically carrying around a WUP (a small tablet for many, many ideas as they occur). I am almost finished with GTY and am really enjoying it too. I have yet to make my assets/resources/skills list, but I will. Thanks for the interview!

Great conversation. Many of Mr. Farbers ideas are ingrained in my company philosophy and my personal leadership style. Loved the interview. Each book is great, but they keep getting better. I am 1/2 way thorugh GTY. Reading it with my wife, and we love it.

I loved your podcast and the conversation with Steve. I facilitate The Passion Test for Business and it’s great to know that there are ‘like-minds’ in business and that you can do business with ‘HEART’.
