Three years ago, the restaurant landscape in my home community of Hutchinson, MN changed when our guest – Greg Jodzio – set up Red’s Hot Doctor’d Dogs.

It’s been a pleasure to watch “community and conversation” happen as people gather around Greg’s cart and enjoy one of his amazing Vienna Beef dogs!

This episode marked a first for us – we recorded the conversation “on location” at Greg’s cart.  We even had the opportunity to bring in a customer into the conversation!

About Greg Jodzio

Originally from Dearborn, MI, Greg Jodzio found his way to Hutchinson, MN by way of St. Paul and a few other places!  As he likes to say, he was enjoying retirement and the good life when the market took a turn for the worse in 2008.  Like many of us, his retirement savings took a hit and he decided to go back to work.  Only this time he focused his time and energy doing something he loves … making hot dogs!

When he’s not busy serving one of his famous Doctor’d Dogs, Greg serves as the Micro Enterprise Specialist at the Southwest Initiative Foundation.
